The Active Shooter Series specifically teaches students how to neutralize gunmen
in the most dangerous place an American can be, the "gun-free zone". Recently,
authorities confirmed Syed Farook (responsible for the San Bernardino shootings)
took pictures of over 40 schools on his cell phone, including elementary schools.
Remember, no location is off limits to terrorists. We must remain vigilant for our
children and our community. That's why TKM is offering the Active Shooter Seminar
Series. This series will be held every 4-6 weeks and will cover situational awareness,
tactical positioning and movement, introduction to North Carolina law concerning
deadly force, Krav Maga, weapon disarms, and much more!
Training will take place at Triangle Krav Maga and occasionally in locations where
mass shootings have taken place: movie theatre, school, office building, restaurants,
etc.
We recommend attending all seminars in the series.
