 Taking you through the complete set of 44 positions in Tai Chi in minute detail, Tai Chi Master Chia Siew Pang  demonstrates every move using over 590 photographs and 295 diagrams.

 In Summary

 Dated though this book may look (it first came out in the late 80s with later editions in the early 90s), don't let that  fool you. The level of detail this book offers in to each of the 44 positions with the use of helpful diagrams (mostly  showing footwork) and many photos (every movement seems to be photographed) is quite extraordinary. 

 Books will never be able to teach in the same way that a DVD can, or even better an instructor, but this book gives it  a damn good try.
